Automaton Alchemy is one person turning strange lyrics, odd stories, and the songs stuck in his head into finished music—and usually making a music video to go with them.
The project
I write the lyrics and shape every idea. AI helps me build the voices, instruments, and arrangements until the song sounds like the version I was hearing in my head.
The songs can be funny, strange, theatrical, sleepy, unsettling, or all of those at once. The technology changes, but the point stays the same: make something original, finish it, and let it out into the world.
The first Automaton Alchemy album travels through robot philosophy, bird warfare, tired time, tomato salsa, pizza pants, Bigfoot dancing, and several other perfectly reasonable subjects.
